The Pre-Visit

Ready to take the next step?

Click the ‘New Clients Start Here’ button below to schedule.

This will take you directly to the New Client menu in my scheduling software - Gloss Genius. Once there, select your desired service from the drop down menu.

Select from available dates and times, if more than one appointment is needed - continue selecting, then click ‘book’. You will then be prompted to create an account and put a credit card on file.

Once completed, you will see a pop-up window with your appointment information and have the option to add it to your calendar. You will also receive a text with your request information in it and a brief message letting you know it is pending until I approve it.

Occasionally, I may need to adjust your appt time by 15 minutes to make the best use of my time - IF I need to adjust by more than 15 minutes I will contact you first.

All appointment requests are approved or denied within 24 hours and you will receive confirmation either way. IF, I need to deny the appointment request you will receive a text explaining this.

You will receive a confirmation request 72 hours prior and a reminder 24 hours prior, to scheduled appointment time. Please confirm your appointment to let me know you will be coming.

Need to reschedule?

You have access to your appointment details in your email or text confirmations you received when I approved the appointment. From there choose the ‘reschedule’ option and choose from the available dates/times and re-submit. I will then receive the request to approve again.

Life happens and I totally understand that, please review my Cancelation Policy here.

Account Security:

Gloss Genius uses Stripe for CC processing. Your encrypted credit card information will only be utilized between Stripe and your bank/CC company - Gloss Genius or myself will not be able to access your credit card information. However, I do have a cancellation policy that you have to acknowledge upon creating an appointment and the system charges the card on file when necessary. I can only edit your contact info on file and/or add a new payment option at checkout. Please do not turn text messaging off - I can not turn it back on for you; please check your junk/spam folder if you are not receiving emails.

The Consultation

This is where we discuss your haircut and/or scalp services in-depth.

We will go over what your desired look is, be it a refresh to your current style or a new look all together. Please bring a few photos of what you want, don’t want or plan to do in the future. We will then discuss what the maintenance looks like going forward; from what products to use, to tools or techniques it will require and how frequently you would like to keep up with that style. We will also go over any concerns you may have with your scalp or hair health and come up with a plan for going forward.

After Goodbye

Once you leave the salon you will receive post-visit communications from me and you are welcome to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your appointment.

I truly encourage all clients to let me know immediately if they are having any issues with styling or the products. I take great pride in providing services that you not only love at the salon, but also in your own home. I allow a full week for you to contact me regarding any adjustments necessary for you to love your hair and I will try my best to get you back in ASAP!
